We deliver goods to United States residents ONLY. Most orders are dispatched within one to two working days depending on your delivery method chosen by you, during the check-out process, although in certain circumstances like out of stock items you should allow up to 30 days for delivery. If, for whatever reason, we are unable to deliver your goods to you within 30 days we will email you and offer you a refund or substitution.

Charges will vary depending on the materials needed to deliver your product(s) securely. As we make every effort to lower the over-all handling cost to you, charges are subject to change based on the cost of materials for shipping.

Ordering:

You can order products displayed on this web site using the shopping cart provided. Choose payment by mail or you can choose Paypal and be taken through the secure Paypal® checkout process. Once an order has been placed an email will be sent confirming that we have received your order. Please return to our site from Paypal® as this sends our email to us confirming that your item has been paid for and verified.  Another email will be sent after payment is made and another when the item has been shipped and completed. Just because you receive an order confirmation email it does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet your order. Fraud Protection:

To protect our customers from credit and debit card fraud we reserve the right to cancel an order where the customer uses a credit or debit card which is issued by a card provider based in a country other than the delivery address provided by the customer, customer doesn't provide additional information we request to verify their identity and address within five days, customer pays for a high value transaction using an unverified Paypal account, any of the contact details the customer provides during the registration process turn out to be false, or a mail server returns any confirmation email message we send to you. In all such cases we will refund the full amount paid.
