besmart® yoga is a process of learning who you are and teaching you how to take care of yourself. Our body has a voice and in besmart® yoga you will learn how important it is to listen to your body.

In Body Flow you will learn how to taking care of your body in a natural way. The exercises do not require the use of any props and are designed to connect the points in the body that makes movement come through the whole body. This program will make you feel better, more relaxed, freeing tension and stress. You have the option of doing this at home, or if traveling, at a hotel or spa.

The besmart® yoga "Total Body Training" DVD series is a special collection of carefully selected exercises, focusing on core points required most for strength, balance and flexibility. Shirlee demonstrates her skill and talent as teacher and trainer working with exercises that are creative and gentle but surprisingly powerful.
