This is a incredible program that consist of natural movement exercises that are supported with the use three pillows that are found in the home or hotel, spa, etc. Total Body Movement program uses the whole body. These are natural movement exercises that are not hard movements but are very dynamic because you are connecting the mind to the movements. The movements are also synchronized so that you are working different meridians and releasing different parts of your body together.
